PLANNING PERMISSION ACHIEVED- LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK
Residential/ Urban design master plan which links London Bridge to Tabard Gardens.
250 apartments. B1 office building. Underground car parking.
High density scheme of 5, 7 and 16 storey buildings in an emerging location. The creation of a new public street allowed the dense urban design solution.
